CONVENTION AGAINST ENFORCED DISAPPEARANCES
THIS CONVENTION SHOULD PROTECT PEOPLE IN OTHER COUNTRIES FROM BEING TARGETED BY FOREIGN STATE AGENTS (MILITARY, MERCENARIES, PARAMILITARIES, OR ASSOCIATED GANGS) FOR ASSASSINATION AT THE HOLOCAUST LEVEL OR SMALLER AND DISAPPEARANCES OF BODIES VIA E.G. LIQUEFACTION (see usage by certain Hispanic groupings, likely deployed by Russian associated, Chinese associated or Islamist associated USA gangs and the very great numbers of illegals from Africa, and the Middle East that they, so I believe and have argued, likely host in the US.
If such methods were deployed, as I believe, by the former USSR and Warzaw Pact in the US from the 1950s (black flight, white flight - e.g. disappearances of ethnic groups from certain areas being observed) - and using this name ENFORCED DISAPPEARANCES - then all members of the USSR and the said Pact likely knew and could have warned the West since 1990, 1991, 1992. BUT they didnt. In fact, the now Eastern NATO countries only ratified (if at all) this convention very late - some in 2026 I believe. Russia and Iran, a prime suspect via IRG (Iranian Revolutionary Guard) associated gangs for homeburglaries and murders in the US, with disappearances and the ID fraud already described to occur during the cold war).

SPECIAL MILITARY OPERATIONS OF RUSSIA, CHINA or the Middle East and AFRICA AGAINST THE USA and West NATO via paramilitaries, mercenaries and gang associated groups via homeburglaries (with subsequent ID fraud and placement of illegals) and ENFORCED DISAPPEARANCES- Shadow War ? Covert War?
Russia, the USA, Israel, the UK, and Iran have not ratified this convention. However, any such enforced disappearances via warfare or special military operations carried out by state agents or their henchmen, that are de facto state agents, go against the Geneva convention. This is because people cannot surrender, they specifically target civilians, and often involves, I fear (see rap songs), tortures or sexual assaults. Moreover, they go against the Convention against Genocide, as they are targeting specific ethnic, national or cultural groups (e.g. Americans, African Americans, Anglo-Nordic Germanic Americans, non-communists, anti-islamists). Therefore they too must be illegal in the Russian Federation, the Peoples Republic of China, and in other countries that have not ratified the convention to protects persons against enforced disappearances, but have ratified the convention against genocide and the Geneva convention.
It is known that Russias GRU and FSB agencies lead socalled hacker groups, e g fancy bear and cozy bear, and have gangs of socalled hackers working for them across e.g. Europe. I have previously suggested that these may be cyber groups, criminals, - and they may be terrorists, cyber squads covering over homeburglaries and enforced disappearances - and they likely work in the USA also.
